Meet the crew
With 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, I have successfully built teams of 10 to 40 sales consultants across various cost centers, achieving gross profits of up to £200k. I completed a successful sale and exit within the recruitment sector and have mentored over 15 top billers, each generating between £500k and £1m in annual billings.
Outside of work, I am a dedicated family man with three daughters. I enjoy taking weekend walks with our dogs and exploring the world through travel.
I am also passionate about investing in the property market.

I have almost two decades of recruitment experience, including growing teams and developing a number of managers and top billers. Made the jump five years ago to become a recruitment business owner. Enjoying the fun, challenges and independence it brings.
When not recruiting I’ll be with my family, am Dad to two boys, going to gigs and sporting events, or climbing mountains with friends (UK and Europe so far, Kilimanjaro’s next).
With one eye on the future am also building a property portfolio.
I have over 16 years experience in International IT contract recruitment, with a history of growing high GP Contract Teams from scratch.
Known for my humour, trustworthiness and straight talking (not necessarily in that order). Over the years, I have helped some brilliant recruiters realise their potential.
Outside of recruitment, you will find me walking on Hampstead Heath with my family and Rosie the Sausage dog. In 2025 I will be launching a new Rum brand in the UK called Solar Reserve.
